What can I expect from therapy?
Therapy is always a safe and non-judgemental environment. The first session is an informal assessment session where we will go over:
a) What is your current life situation?
b) How do you feel about what is happening?
c) How is this problem affecting your mental state?
I believe that 'fit' is incredibly important in our relationship, so it's important for you to feel comfortable. You are in a confidential environment.
How Long Does Therapy Last?
Together, we will determine the length of therapy that's right for you. Generally, you will sense when therapy has been successfully completed when you have overcome major issues in your life. You will notice that you have new energy, interest, and enthusiasm about other aspects of your life - as well as the confidence to tackle new challenges on your own.My services are covered by most health care insurance plans. Check with your plan to find out your yearly maximums. Most plans tend to cover $500 for Psychological Services.How can I book an appointment?Simply fill out our webform, or call us. We will set up a time for you to come in for an initial appointment at your convenience. Because our practice services many working professionals in the area, we offer some evening timeslots as well as during regular weekday hours. We look forward to receiving your call!
