Relationships are the Number One Reason why People Seek Coaching and Counselling!
Psychotherapy for relationships is a place where you can truly ‘be yourself.’ Here, it’s okay to question where your relationship is, and determine where you’d like to be in the future.
We generally come to therapy for a good reason: an obstacle or event that is happening in our relationship that causes us grief, pain, and feels uncomfortable. In these situations, it is reassuring to have another person to go over these events with us. We analyze and work through these events,as well as develop coping strategies to help us in our daily lives.
Aims and objectives for your relationship therapy will include:
-improvement in your relationship or dating life
-exploring your childhood beliefs/motives about dating and relationships
-understanding of themes and patterns in your past relationships
-improved happiness, relationships, and well being
Every person and life situation is unique, and every problem requires a different set of tools to overcome it. Together, we will use an eclectic approach in therapy, which draws upon psychoanalytic, existential, and cognitive-behavioural techniques. You will find that my personal style focuses on your individual strengths, talents, and potential.
When you are ready to embark on your own personal journey, it will be my pleasure to receive your telephone call. Our front desk staff is wonderful, but it's still important to me to personally discuss your situation with you and schedule an appointment that fits your individual needs.
I personally respond to every phone call within 3 business hours, and every email within 1 business day. Look forward to hearing from you!
